We’ve Updated the VSE Dashboard
To help with collecting data for the Voluntary Support of Education Survey, we have updated the VSE Dashboard.
The Affinaquest Summer 20 (Release 16) features the dashboard for VSE reporting. This dashboard mirrors the sections of the VSE report using data from Affinaquest to allow for easier completion of the complex report. The standard reports used for the dashboard can be cloned and edited to make adjustments for your data as needed. The reports are based on only two report types for ease of cloning and editing. -Jill Steward, Project Manager
You can now see different elements of the VSE delivered via a Salesforce report. For example, If you review VSE section 3a, you can click on it and see that data delivered in graph form.
As all data now has a VSE category, you can have an at-a-glance overview of the data so you can stay current. You can also filter all transaction data within a previous fiscal year.
Take Note of More Updates
The creation of the VSE dashboard is not the only new feature you’ll notice in Release 16, other updates include the:
– Incorporation of Salesforce Shield on specified fields
- Salesforce Shield is a super encryption tool that can be overlaid on Salesforce for an additional layer of protection.
– Addition of fields for fees on Chart of Accounts to track internal gift processing fees
- This update will give you the visibility you need to see how gift processing fees are affecting the bottom-line.
– Receipting for tracking of gift receipts
- This will provide you with information you need for:
- Record the issuing of receipts,
- Store data on issued receipts
- Void and reissue receipts
- Serialized Receipting
We hope these new releases will help you achieve your fundraising goals!
